LAWS
1. Size of pitch. 36 yards by 20 yards two Five yard “sub gates” five yards from either side of the center line.
2. 20 minute running halves five minute half time
3. Size 5 ball
4. 4 players on the pitch at one time from each team. Eight players per team
5. no off-side
6. Flying substitutions (1 for 1 inside sub gates).
7. No goal keepers
8. Kick-ins (for outs), corners and goal kicks
9. 5 yard radius for all restarts
10. Always direct kicks after fouls
11. Yellow card offenses equals a 2-minute penalty. Team plays down a player for the two minutes.
12. Fouls are equal to those of the official FIFA Laws of The Game
13. Red cards are an immediate expulsion from the tournament and the team must play down a man for 2 minutes.
14. A game ending in a draw must find a winner with a head to head juggle off. A player from each team is selected and then juggles to decide the winner. The individual juggling the ball last will win and there team will move on. This will take place immediately after the final whistle is blown within the center circle. If the individuals are still juggling after 5 minutes new individuals must take over.
15. All other FIFA laws must be observed outside of these modifications.
REGULATIONS
Team eligibility.
• Teams are made up of single gender.
• Team must be maxed at eight players.
• Teams in the U12 or U14 age group must have a parent captain.
• Four teams are necessary for division to be a “go.”
• Register and pay by July 17, 2010.
Player eligibility
• Player must be within their age group, player age is based on the general year not any specific date. (Example: a player born any time in 1990 is a 19 and will play in the 19-25 age group).
• Player must satisfy FIFA equipment laws.
• Also players must agree to the tournament code of ethics.
• Player must always wear registration bracelet.
• Must be paid for before play
No game, team or individual will be exempt from any laws or regulations listed above.
